Suggestion:

Change systems and processes so that current Member Group governance documents are published via a portal with comments enabled (subject to appropriate moderation) to identify errors, omissions and improvement suggestions.  Any comments would be addressed as part of the stipulated review process/date.

I would want to understand the scope of this. If you mean AGMs, financial reports etc then fine, working documents and meeting minutes (which we no longer maintain as we use Trello to manage our work) would be a no.
