We have several events that make up the programme year for our community volunteers.

Winter Convention: Sharing Practice and Working together to achieve the BCS strategy

At out Winter Convention we will be catching up on the performance to date against the BCS strategy, launching the online community, launching new budget processes aligned to our strategy and focusing on two best practice topics - hybrid events and committee recruitment.

We invite all member group committee members to join us for an online 2021/22 kick-off event to learn about the BCS, Chartered Institute for IT, strategy and objectives for the year ahead.

As part of the kick-off event, you will have the opportunity to hear about the overarching BCS strategy and zoom in on the objectives of the Institute. We will also be setting some homework for groups to identify how they contribute to BCS achieving its objectives.

We will also be running sessions during the week to provide updates on the Member Group Working Group and Communications Working Group activities.
