The booking form has been created to gather all the information the London office need to support your meeting. This will enable them to provide more a consistent and improved client experience to all of their staff and to use their resources more efficiently at the same time.
Alternatively, you can email the Member Groups Team on firstname.lastname@example.org, providing the date, time and number of expected delegates, and we will make the booking on your behalf.
Have you budgeted for catering at your events or perhaps a glass of wine to sip on whilst you network? If so then please contact us for our approved menus, which can be served at your events.
Catering orders and Audio/Visual requirements must be provided by 10 am on the Wednesday the week before the event date, at the latest. Final numbers for catering can be amended 48 hours prior to the event date.
Please note: We do not accept wine orders for Committee Meetings.
